Smacked When Playing Basketball, Obama May 12 stitches in the lip

Washington - Bad news came from the White House. President Barack Obama should get 12 stitches in his upper lip after accidentally smacked while playing basketball.
"After get accidentally smacked on his lips by an opponent while playing basketball with friends and family, the president today receive 12 stitches done by the White House Medical Unit," said White House spokesman, Robert Gibbs, as reported by AFP on Saturday (27/11 / 2010).
Gibbs said Obama got anesthetic when stitches are made. Obama has also given a small filament to ensure a smaller scar.
The White House later said the man who was accidentally nudged Obama is Decerega Rey, program director at the Institute Congressional Hispanic Caucus. Decerega said the game was entertaining and he would not apologize.
"I learned today that the president is a tough competitor and good in sports. I like playing basketball with her this morning. I'm sure he's right back to the field," said Decerega.

Basketball games with friends became rituals in the long campaign for the White House in 2008.
