In addition to carbohydrates and protein, coconut water also contains a micro-mineral elements needed by the body. Minerals are, among others, potassium (K), sodium (Na), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), ferum (Fe), cuprum (Cu), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S).
