Gulai Masin Ikan Tongkol

Inggredients :

1     kg Cob Fish
2     grains Lemon/Citrus, take the Essence
750 cc Coconut Milk from 11/2 grains of coconut
10   red chillis, split horizontally become 2, throw away the seeds
       if you want more spicies, don't throw the seeds.
8     pieces of red onion, slice it thinny
3     pieces of white onion, slice it
2     stems of lemongrass, crushed
2     sheets bay leaf
2     sheets rough-skinned orange's leaf
10   pieces star fruit vegetable ( can change with small green tomato/green vegetable tomato )
30   sheets sweet basil leaf


Grind it :
2    cm ginger
3    cm turmeric/saffron 
2    cm galangal ( just crush it )
Salt enoughly


How to make?
Cut the cob fish as you like, smeary it with essence of citrus and salt
for a several time, just let this.
Inside the pan, except star fruit vegetable and sweet basil leaf, and fish of course, 
mix become one all the ingredients
Cooked it untill coconut milk boilling ( don't forget for stirred so that the coconut milk not break up )
mix in the cob fish and star fruit vegetable, wait until it boilling more then mix in again with sweet 
basil leaf


Smalled the fire, boild it untill the coconut milk become litle oily, then remove up the pan 
from kitchen stove.
